Repairs several damages areas along the facade and trim around  the building. prepared all areas and applied   two new coats of exterior paint.

SCOPE OF WORK

Remove existing damage mortar from wall area and sealant as it was failing and causing water intrusion. New mortar joint was applied to the wall in full depth as well new joint sealant. Brick wall was also washed off using acid liquids at the end.

SAINT ANDREW’S UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

SCOPE OF WORK

Complete demolition of existing roof shingles down to substrate plywood provide and install new synthetic underlaymen and new CertainTeed  dimensional asphalt shingles  as well gutter and downspouts replacement.

PROJECT  AT VIRGINIA  STATE  UNIVERSITY 

SCOPE OF WORK 

is to repair slate roof on all gable eves along with the trim work. Installation of new through wall and bolted steel outrigger along with interior welded support to beams. Also repair, paint all wood soffit and to repair hidden copper gutter system around the building.

ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY SCHOOL  BOARD

SCOPE OF WORK

Portion of asphalt shingle removal including plywood over metal deck. As well the removal of build up flat roof area. New system is a cool vented plywood over polyisocyanurated installed and fastened over metal decking along with new asphalt shingle. The flat roof area will be cover up with a new fully adhere PVC roofing membrane.

PINE CAMP REC.COMMUNITY CENTER (CITY OF RICHMOND)

SCOPE OF WORK 

Pine camp recreational center. Project scope includes removal of existing roof system and replace with a new PVC membrane system as well mechanical air conditioning and heat units duct work modifications along with roof drains replacements.

Holiday Inn estructural and light gauge framing entrance canopy.

Wall rain system panels, Window concrete lintels metal flashing around the building, Walls parging and stamp concrete entrance.

New enclosed 4000 SF deck pavilion with new electrical main electrical service along with exterior grade recessed lights fixtures as well exterior grade ceiling fans. Deck was built using pressure treated wood, composite deck boards and composite trim to wrap up posts and beams around the deck. Roof was built using Engineer trusses, 3/4” plywood and Architectural asphalt shingles. Ceiling was enclose with new exterior paintable drywall. A new concrete slab was also built on the front portion of the deck pavilion and new gutter/Downspout with underground drainage piping.

Complete removal of IPE deck boards, fiber trim, brick, floor joists and replacement of exterior glass mat gypsum wall sheathing from the entire tiers. Installation of new through wall flashing, new waterproofing applications as per manufacturer requirements.
